Job Description
We are currently seeking applications from experienced
Business/Systems Analysts to join our St. John's office to assist
our clients in achieving their business goals.
As a key member of zed's consulting team, you will:
- Assist clients in identifying problems and recommend solution
alternatives while balancing business drivers and working through
changing client priorities
- Work with external and internal resources to gather and
validate requirements, process work-flows, test requirements,
develop end user procedures, compile communication plans and
training packages
- Complete manual and automated testing for clients in a thorough
and efficient manner
- Facilitate workshops and validate functional requirements and
process flows
- Identify system enhancements that support end user
requirements
Qualifications
Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this
position:
- A university degree or college diploma in an IT related field
from a recognized post-secondary institution
- At least five years experience in a similar role, with a focus
on documenting business processes and capturing requirements as
part of an IT project team
- Strong technical skills, web expertise, and experience with
modern software development methodologies
- Practical experience designing business models, addressing
productivity issues and process improvement
- Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills which
facilitates you to work effectively with all stakeholders,
including senior business leaders as well as project team
members
- Strong time management skills to work in tandem with the
product development life cycle.
